studio conners is operated by SHAWN CONNERS LLC in Remsen, Iowa. This page explains, in plain language, what we do with information you share with us.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name you enter, the email address or phone number you give us, and the message you write. If we start working together, we may also receive details you send us directly — emails, phone messages, files, photos, or business information needed to do the work.

If you receive a private invitation link and book a Studio Day, we record the name and email you enter, the day you choose, and the fact that you accepted the Studio Day Agreement, along with which version you accepted and when. In your private Studio Day page we also keep anything you add there — notes, links, and files you upload for the work.

We don’t ask for payment card numbers or sensitive personal information on this website. Payments are handled by Stripe on its own pages; we receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded and a reference for it, not your card details.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, answer questions, prepare and carry out work you ask us to do, confirm and run a booked Studio Day, and keep normal business and tax records. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use contact form submissions for advertising lists.

Service providers

This website, our database, private file storage, and our email run with the help of ordinary service providers — website and application hosting, a database and file storage provider, an email delivery service, and Stripe for payments. They process this information on our behalf under their own terms.

Software and AI-assisted tools

Doing the work involves ordinary professional software, cloud services, automation, and AI-assisted tools. Information you give us may be processed through the tools reasonably needed to carry out the work. We use them as working tools; the work and our responsibility for it remain ours.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep messages and project correspondence as long as they’re useful for responding to you and for our business records, then dispose of them in the normal course. We take reasonable care with what you send us. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please don’t send passwords or other highly sensitive material through the form.

Text messages

We don’t currently send marketing text messages, and this website doesn’t collect consent for them. You’re welcome to call or text (712) 938-1732 for ordinary business questions.
