Any work we do together is governed by the specific agreement or written confirmation for that engagement. Where anything on this website differs from that confirmation, the confirmation is what counts.

A booked Studio Day is governed by the Studio Day Agreement, which you accept before payment. These website terms don’t replace it.

Concepts and ownership

Concepts, designs, text, and images shown here belong to us or to their respective owners. Viewing or receiving a concept doesn’t transfer any ownership or license to use it. Rights to work we deliver are handled in the agreement for that project.

No warranty and limits

This website is provided as is. We don’t promise it will be free of errors or always available, and we’re not liable for losses arising from your use of it or reliance on it. This doesn’t limit anything that can’t be limited under applicable law.
